A fruit cake is good for Spain as it does with stand the heat cakes come in 8” - 30” one to 6 layers.

Sponge cakes come in all flavours including, vanilla, chocolate, lemon, orange, Victoria, with butter cream or without . . . can't choose then mix the flavours!!!! Not recommended if outside for long periods in the summer months.
